TicketBGone AI ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes traffic citations and connects users with licensed attorneys for representation. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Our AI analysis, dismissal-likelihood estimates, defense strategies, and quotes are informational only and do not guarantee any result, including dismissal, reduction, or a favorable outcome. Every case depends on its specific facts, the issuing court, and applicable law.

3. Not Legal Advice

Content on this site is general information, not legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the platform. Representation is established only when you and an attorney in our network sign a separate engagement agreement.

4. Fees & Payments

AI citation analysis is free. Document review & analysis starts at $35. If you request attorney representation, a flat-fee quote is provided before any charge. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate citation and contact information and to meet your court's deadlines. We are not responsible for missed deadlines or outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketBGone AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any outcome of your citation.
