We use your information to run AI citation analysis, generate defense strategies and quotes, connect you with a licensed attorney in our network if requested, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded citation photos are stored securely and used only for analysis and, if you request representation, shared with the attorney handling your case.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; payment data is handled by Stripe under its own privacy and security standards.

We share your information only with attorneys in our network when you request representation, and with service providers (such as Stripe) who help operate the platform, each under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting Base44 support through your app dashboard.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
